Beloved Community Cafe

Coming Soon

We are creating an epicenter of Beloved Community in Pinellas County in partnership with The Recovery Epicenter Foundation! â€‹Beloved Community Cafe is a ministry of radical hospitality and community-building, responding to issues of loneliness, isolation, food insecurity, housing insecurity, marginalization, addiction and more. In short, it is a hosted cafe space where pay-what-you-can beverages and food, free leftovers, love and conversation are shared and no one eats alone unless they want to.

Faith and Action for Strength Together

FAST is our local faith-based community organizing group, a coalition made up of over 50 diverse faith communities working together for systemic change in our community. We have worked in Pinellas County to create more affordable housing, improve water quality, reduce unnecessary arrests, put an end to racial profiling, institute restorative practices in schools, get a centralized pathway to mental health care, improve our county helpline, provide  free full-day VPK for families under the poverty line and more.

Good Samaritan Food Pantry

Good Samaritan Food Pantry has been in operation since 1971. We feed thousands of food-insecure people each year. In addition to our own congregation, many local groups, individuals and churches contribute donations and volunteers. In 2025, we handed over administration of the pantry to King of Peace MCC, but we continue to be contribute resources of food, money, and volunteers.
